By placing an order on vurvel.com, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment:

  • All prices are listed in AED and include VAT
  • Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay when your order arrives
  • Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp after placement

Shipping & Delivery:

  • We currently ship within the UAE only
  • Delivery takes 1-3 business days
  • Free shipping on all Gift Edition orders within Dubai
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address

Product Use:

  • Vurvel is a wireless charging device designed for Qi-compatible smartphones
  • Please follow the included user guide for safe and proper use
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or use with incompatible devices

Intellectual Property:

  • All content on vurvel.com — including images, logos, text, and design — is the property of Vurvel and may not be copied or used without permission

Limitation of Liability:

  • Vurvel is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question

Changes to Terms:

  • We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
