We want you to love your Vurvel. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns:

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
• Refunds are issued via bank transfer within 5-7 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-returnable items:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging
• Gift Edition items where the greeting card has been stained or torn.
